Inventarium
Warehouse, customs and invoicing in one system: Inventarium follows the goods from arrival to the monthly invoice, with receipts, stock, picking, dispatch, customs documents and charges for the customer. Used in the browser, in four languages.
For those who store other people's goods
- Customs warehouses and free warehouses that account to customs for every package, with the identification number from arrival to exit.
- Third-party logistics with many depositors, each with their own articles, invoicing criteria and printouts.
- Groups with several companies or sites, working in the same system while keeping data, numbering and users separate.
- Anyone who receives orders and notices electronically from customers and partners and records them without re-entering them.
The advantages of Inventarium
Workflow
- Arrival. The receipt is entered by hand or arrives through the interface; the customs warehouse assigns the identification number.
- Storage. Each goods line has its own location, packages and previous documents.
- Picking. Inventarium proposes the goods to be picked according to the article's rule: by date of receipt or by expiry date.
- Dispatch. The goods leave with transit documents, seals and the departure notification for customs.
- Invoice. The charges collected at each step become the customer's invoice.
Interfaces and automation
- Orders, notices and articles arrive from partners through the XML interface or adapters for their formats.
- Automatic responses go back to the partners; if a file fails, an e-mail reports it.
- Swiss customs exchange rates are updated every day.
