Workflow

1. Preparation. The declarant enters the shipment and goods data for the declaration or transit to be carried out.
2. Declaration. The case is sent to the FOCBS according to the applicable procedure.
3. Responses. Customs responses arrive in Declarium, together with any action required.
4. Linking. If the export continues in transit, the data provided for by Passar is reused and the two declarations remain linked.
5. Conclusion. The operation is followed until the goods are released or the transit is concluded, depending on the procedure; the documents can be archived in Acta.

From export to transit

• The export declaration is linked to the subsequent transit, which reuses the data provided for by Passar.
• The goods continue in transit to the customs office of destination.
• The conclusion of the transit returns to Declarium, next to the export it is linked to.

Simplex

Declarium Simplex is the customs order intake that connects your ERP directly to Declarium. It takes orders exactly as they leave the ERP, with your own item codes, units and references, and translates them into the language of customs through code mappings, rules and an item catalogue that learns with use. It then groups them, following your business flows, into import and export declarations that arrive in Declarium ready to send. Customs rules are applied automatically, every figure stays traceable down to the order line, and the outcome of every order comes back to you: less manual work, fewer errors, faster clearance.
