Workflow

1. Instruction. The company sends the forwarder the data of the goods to be cleared.
2. Declaration. The forwarder declares the goods to the FOCBS, in e-dec or Passar, charged to the company's centralised accounting account.
3. Retrieval and check. Dazium automatically collects assessment decisions, bordereaux and invoices and gives every document a status: anomalies surface immediately.
4. Integration. The data flows into the company systems in a structured format.
5. Archiving. Documents are archived in Acta in compliance with the law.
